We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was enchanting and brilliant. We came here with our daughter. The location was marvellous and beautiful, right by a tram station. There was Upper Crust nearby, offering quick meals.

The really helpful staff upgraded us to a gorgeous room in the bedroom b. The location was perfect and stunning and the atmosphere was family. It took only 5 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop.
